Can I cancel my subscription?
We don’t tie you into long term contracts and you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

What happens if I didn’t receive my selector email?
When signing up to your subscription it is important that you keep your email address up to date so that we can ensure you receive your selector email. All subscription customers should be signed up to our database to ensure you are not being stopped from receiving important information about your subscriptions. If you haven’t received your selector email, we ask that you make sure you have checked our junk folder. If you are still missing your email, you can follow the links below to submit your subscription selections.

Can I add extra items to my subscription?
You absolutely can. When you get to the end of your selector survey, we wil ask if you would like to add items to your order. If you say yes then we will provide you with a discount code for free shipping so that you can add additional Soul goodies to your subscription without incurring additional shipping fees.

What happens if I need to update my payment information?
Simply contact us at info@soulcandles.co.uk and we will send you a link to update your payment information. 

Can I skip a month?
You can select to skip a month if you need to. If we notice you have skipped multiple months consecutively then we may get in touch with you to see if everything is ok. We may be able to help you to select a different subscription option that may suit you best. 

Why are not all Soul items included in my subscription choices?
We make sure that any out of stock items are removed from the subscription selections each month to avoid any delay getting your boxes to you. It may also be the case that any exclusive or new products are not included due to availability or exclusivity. 

Can I change my level of subscription?
You can switch your subscription at any time to the higher or lower tier. Just contact us to arrange the change and allow up to 5 days notice before your subscription is due to renew. 

When will my subscription renew?
Your subscription renews on 1st of every month and once a successful payment has been processed, you will revive an email with a link to make your choices. If you are a new subscriber, we will take your first payment immediately. Your second subscription then will come on the 1st of the following month providing that date is more than 5 days away.
